2. Get approved. We review your application and confirm your commission rate, eligible purchases, referral code, and payout schedule in writing.
3. Refer a new business customer. Share your approved affiliate link. Prospects can apply for buyer access or browse leads first through your referral page. New buyer accounts created from an attributed signup are tagged with your affiliate information.
4. Receive credit for verified referrals. Our team verifies the referral and eligible paid purchases, then reviews commissions under your approved program details.

Promotion Guidelines

• Promote accurately and clearly disclose your affiliate relationship.
• Use your approved affiliate link and approved promotional materials.
• Avoid spam, misleading claims, guaranteed results, and unauthorized use of our brand.
• Refer new business lead buyers. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, and existing customers require review and are not automatically eligible.
• Do not submit homeowners’ financial information or consumer lead data through the affiliate application.

All applications, referrals, and commissions are subject to manual review. Refunds, cancellations, and disputed purchases are reviewed before commission payment. Final eligibility and payout details will be included in your written program approval.
